300 x 400 mm, 600 x 400 mm, and up to 150-200 mm in depth.
We align the design with the customer's requirements, transportation method, and packaging
preferences to ensure the most economical solution.
We apply multiple tray designs (robot-compatible, single-direction stacking, 180-degree rotatable,
labeled trays, etc.).
We also manufacture the vacuum tools on our two 3-axis vertical milling machines, using the latest CAD
and CAM software.
We take on extremely short-term projects, even same-day designs, and provide the necessary technical
documentation (Droptests, technical drawings, 3D PDFs, STP files).
Normally, we can provide a sample tray to our customers within a week after plan approval.

We maintain a constant stock of 60 tons of raw material, allowing us to immediately serve our clients.
We accept small, medium, and large production runs (from 5 units to tens of thousands).
For large-scale runs, we provide vacuum tools and die cutters free of charge.
