Our company manufactures the molds and tools required for vacuum forming. These are made from
aluminum, and if necessary, we also produce the top pressure plates from industrial plastic.
We use the latest CAD and CAM software (Solid Edge, Edgecam), and manufacturing is done on two
3-axis vertical milling machines.
We also accept urgent orders, including same-day plans and technical documentation (technical
drawings, Droptest, 3D PDFs, STP files).
For the design process, we need a technical drawing, 3D model, or a physical workpiece of the product
to be packaged. Under normal circumstances, we prepare and deliver the sample tray to our clients
within a week after approval.
The production time for the die cutter (cutting knife) is no more than one week.

We accept both custom and serial machining with short lead times.
We can purchase the raw materials or work with customer-supplied raw materials.
We are equipped mainly for milling aluminum and industrial plastics.
We also offer thread repair using the helicoil technology for any type of thread or diameter.

We have added cylinder head milling as a new service due to high demand from automotive repair
shops.
We can assist with the milling of any cylinder head (car, motorcycle, truck, bus, construction machine)
with short lead times.
We only accept the work if the cylinder head is free of unnecessary components (valves, springs, rockers,
screws, manifold, intake, etc.) and properly cleaned.
